Recipe : Famous Fried Sweet Corn Bakwan
Ever hear the fried bakwan? Well, bakwan kown as fried snack or side dishes with rice for indonesian locals. Many hawkers sell this bakwan. Bakwan made from combination of vegetables ( and in this case with sweet corn) and flour, then get fried. Sweet corn bakwan is the most lovely bakwan, cause it taste sweet and salty at the same time. Such a great combination. Lets make your own Sweet corn bakwan!
Main Ingredient :
- 1 Sweet corn
- 1 garlic cloves, grind
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1.5 tbsp rice flour
- 1/4 tsp broth powder or salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 leek ( chopped)
How To Make :
- Peel the corn, then smash it to a harsh grind using mortar and pestle.
- Put in the salt, pepper, garlic, and broth powder. Mix well.
- Add the chopped leek.
- Add the flour and rice flour with little water until the dough ready ( like paste,dont too watery).
5. heat a little cooking oil. Take the dough 1 tbsp make it flaked on the pan. Cook until the colour yellow golden colours. Youre Sweet corn Bakwan ready to serve!
