Recipe : Famous Plecingan Kangkung ( Kale Plecingan)


  Plecingan Kangkung or kale plecingan is the one of savory dish came from Lombok. This very simple to made and very delicious to taste! A must try foodd at lombok and now you can made your own kale plecingan.


Main Ingredients :
  1. 2 bunch of kale
  2. 8 red chillies ( roasted)
  3. 6 bird eye chillies ( roasted)
  4. 7 garlic cloves ( roasted)
  5. 8 shallots ( roasted)
  6. 3 cm kaempferia galanga ( roasted)
  7. 1 shrimp paste ( roasted)
  8. 1 tbsp pepper 
  9. 1 tomato
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 2 purut  lime 
How To Make :
  1. Clean the kale and cut it to thinly sizes.
  2.  Grind all spices except the purut lime  in a food processor or by mortar and pestle.
  3. Prepare hot water, put the kale inside for 2 -  3 minutes. Drain and remove.
  4. Prepare a plate, put the kale then Pour the spices paste on the top of kale. You can also add fried shallots and fried peanut.
  5. Your Plecingan Kangkung ready to serve!
