3 tablespoons melted butter
sea salt flakes for sprinkling on top
How to Make:
- The usage of your mixer bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the heat water and let stand for 5 minutes, or until foamy (in case your bowl is chilled or your room is cool this will take longer)
- Upload butter, salt & three cups of the flour, and mix till mixed.
- Add additional flour, 1/4 cup at a time, till the dough pulls faraway from the edges of the bowl and is barely sticky to the touch (do no longer upload an excessive amount of flour!)
- Let the mixer knead three-5 mins, until easy.
- Cover with plastic, location in a warm spot and let upward push 20 mins.
- Preheat oven to 400 tiers & spray a nine x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray
- Punch down the dough & divide into 20 equal sized pieces
- Roll each piece right into a ball and area lightly in the prepared pan
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sea salt, and allow upward thrust for an extra 15-20 mins Bake 13-15 minutes, or till golden brown ( you could turn on the broiler for approximately 1-2 minutes at the quit to get a more golden top)
