Recipe : Famous Quail Egg Capcay
Who know capcay? Capcay is oone of favourite food that you can find in many hawkers at Indonesia. Capcay made from mix of vegetables. Can be served in soup style or stir fry version. Capcay also can combine with chicken meat, egg, and seafood. But this time, we will make the quail egg version of Capcay, so Lets start it!
Main Ingredient :
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 Carrot
- 1 mustard green
- 1 brocolli
- Boiled Quail Egg ( Suit on taste)
- 3 garlic cloves ( thinly chopped )
- Salt to taste
- A little onion ( thinly chopped)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Sugar to taste
- Food flavour to taste
- Wash and clean the vegetables, then cut it.
- Sautee the garlic cloves and onion until fragnant. Then add 2 cup of water and wait until boiled.
- Add the carrot, wait until cooked then add the cauliflower, mustard green and brocolli.
- Toss in salt, sugar and flavour. Test the taste.
- Add the boiled quail egg. Wait until cooked through.
- Your Quail Egg Capcay ready to serve!
